- Turn off main water/water heater
- Bleach and cover toilets
- Turn off icemaker
- Close drains in sinks and tubs
- Set A/C and Humidistat
ARRIVAL
- Turn on main water and water heater
- Flush water pipes
- Turn on icemaker
- Unwrap and flush toilets
- Reset A/C and turn off humidistats
