Our Weekly and Bi-Weekly Services include inspections for…

  • Water leaks
  • A/C or humidistat failures
  • Storm damage
  • Vandalism
  • Flooding Moisture or mildew problems
  • Plumbing failures

Arrival and departure services are available for additional charge.
Services are as follows:

DEPARTURE

  • Turn off main water/water heater
  • Bleach and cover toilets
  • Turn off icemaker
  • Close drains in sinks and tubs
  • Set A/C and Humidistat

ARRIVAL

  • Turn on main water and water heater
  • Flush water pipes
  • Turn on icemaker
  • Unwrap and flush toilets
  • Reset A/C and turn off humidistats
